Upon completion of payment for our course, Participant shall gain immediate access to the comprehensive course content. We want to emphasize that all sales are final, and no refunds will be provided under any circumstances.
We encourage the Participants to carefully review the course details and ensure that it aligns with your goals and expectations before making any payments. Once the transaction is finalized, it is irreversible, and no refunds will be processed.
This no-refund policy is in place to maintain the integrity of our course offerings and provide Participants with uninterrupted access to valuable resources.
Our course materials, including but not limited to videos, audios, documents, and interactive content, constitute intellectual property owned by our company. To maintain the integrity of our intellectual assets, refunds cannot be provided once access is granted.

At eNutrition.online, we are committed to ensuring our customers are satisfied with their purchases. Please note the nutrition supplements ordered from our website will be shipped directly to you (the customer) by our product/goods supplier. Please note, you (the customer) is responsible for the shipping costs of returning the item.
To facilitate returns for products supplied through eNutrition.online, we adhere to a comprehensive return policy. Customers must return undamaged and unworn goods within fourteen (14) days from the date of initial receipt of the goods by the end customer. The customer is responsible for the shipping costs of returning the item.
When initiating a return, you must email us at our email address:
enc@enutrition.me to specify which product you would like to request a return with purchase date, purchase payment method, the date of your initial receipt of the goods by you (the customer), and the reason that you request a return.
eNutrition.online will first contact the Supplier to confirm the correct return address and eNutrition.online shall inform the Customer of the correct address to return the package. The customer then sends the product back to the Supplier within the specified fourteen (14) day period from the date of receiving the product from the Supplier. Upon receiving the product in good condition, the supplier shall verify the details with eNutrition.online and proceed with issuing a refund accordingly.
The Supplier then emails enc@enutrition.me to request a refund for transaction fees.
Full refunds will be issued if the returned product is received in an unused and undamaged condition. However, partial or no refunds will be provided if the product is used or damaged. The amount of the refund in such cases is at the Supplier’s discretion, and eNutrition.me will have no part in determining the refund amount.
